Delivery is priced per mile by vehicle type: $2.00 a mile for cars, $2.50 for a pickup, SUV, or van, and $3.00 with a trailer. Mileage is figured one way from pickup to drop-off and rounded up to the next 100 miles, plus deadhead if necessary.
